I loved the hotel, its well-appointed and spotlessly clean room and attentive staff. The location of the venue was good and perfect, very close to the beach by highway 6. Moreover, it's not far from Galveston and a the local park and Houston. The food they offered was good, had a wide range of meals...

The beds are good
No Elevator I'm a handicap that had to go up & down the stairs. I booked it early at $ 111.00 now you can get it with out a discount for $ 60.00

The pool was really dirty algae was growing on side of pool filter not running, the dresser in room was broken had to live out of suitcases for a week,the beds were very uncomfortable,the water pressure in shower was a light dribble,and the bathroom sink took forever to drain when water was run in it,was the worst stay at super8 i have ever experienced will not likely return

The staff was fantastic and super helpful with all my questions. The fitness center was nice, equipped with a treadmill and a 3-1 machine. My king room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities i needed. Plus, it's right next to the former best western!

You are not aloud to take breakfast to your room. Our sheets never got changed.

Location to where we needed to be. A/C seemed to work well. Lock on door worked.
The smashed smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. The burnt microwave that stunk that was not cleaned. The live bugs. The shower knob that was about to come off. The nasty caulk around tub and in bathroom. The super uncomfortable beds. The smashed bug carcass and guts on the ceiling. The dust everywhere. The TV didn't work correctly.

Being senior adults , we were happy to be on the first floor. The room was a clean, smoke free area, with no pet smells or noise coming thru from other rooms. We had easy access to the parking lot, resulting in less hassle with our luggage.
Being a stranger in town, we had dIfficulty in finding the location late at night.
